From 4 to 7 October 2021, the Center for Mathematical Modeling (CMM) of the University of Chile and the UK’s Joint Nature Conservation Committee (JNCC) are organizing a workshop series focused on Copernicus Satellite Data in Chile and Latin America: From applications to networking.

The workshop aims to find ways to tackle the impact of Climate Change using Copernicus Satellite Data from the Copernicus Core Services, encourage fruitful discussions, and create initiatives that will lead to project formulations and collaborative networks.

Day 1 and 2 will be dedicated to Climate, Atmosphere and Land satellite data.
Day 3 will be fully focused on ocean data and will have a keynote speech about the Copernicus Marine Service.

This workshop series is organized under the Framework Partnership Agreement on Copernicus User Uptake. This EU-funded project aims to enhance the user uptake of Copernicus data and products.
